GnartTec Limited Terms and Conditions

When purchasing items from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them. Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team on hello@gnartec.com.

Ordering Goods

By placing an order via our website (www.GnarTec.com) you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot refund orders based on customer error. When you place an order at the end of the check-out process, we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and you will not have ownership of the goods until they have been dispatched.

Any views or opinions expressed on items are for guidance only and do not constitute any part of a contract.

All sizes where quoted are approximate only. Colours may vary due to manufacturing runs and computer screen settings.

GnarTec reserves the right to make changes to this website at any time without notice. Prices and specifications may change without prior warning.

Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from courier delays or other occurrences beyond our control for which we will not be responsible.

If we are aware of a delay in delivering the goods we will inform you of this via email and the goods will be despatched as soon as available. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

Distance selling regulations mean you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive your goods.  All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay.  We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances or incorrect orders attributed to customer error.

If you receive an item for us and there are issues you believe are our error, you may contact our support team and they will be happy to discuss the possibility of you returning the item for replacement.

Pre-Order Reservation

When placing a Pre-order for GnarTec products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. GnarTec shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that GnarTec may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

Price & Payment

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or Paypal. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other external charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.

Priority

GnarTec will build Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.

Delivery Schedule

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and GnarTec does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, GnarTec is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Section 5 below.

Cancellation

Buyer may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order within 7 days of placing the order, as per Distance Selling Regulations.  If GnarTec cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.

Privacy statement

GnarTec does not sell, rent or give out personal details you submit to any third party. We may use your phone number, address or email address to contact you about an order. Any personal details gathered from orders or enquiries (collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) are kept safely.
